Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your RevDeck enters production and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, email revdeck.official@gmail.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your cancellation request is received after the 12-hour window, we cannot process it as your order is already being prepared for shipment. No exceptions.

Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
