By placing an order through revdeck.com ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
RevDeck sells 1:6 scale die-cast alloy collectible motorcycle display models with remote-controlled features including exhaust vapor, engine sound, working lights, and moving parts. Product images are representative. Minor variations in finish, paint, and packaging may occur. RevDeck is an independent brand and is not affiliated with any motorcycle manufacturer.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery takes 10–20 business days depending on your location. Full shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, orders enter preparation and cannot be cancelled. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Defective or damaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Full terms are outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. WARRANTY
An optional 90-day warranty is available at checkout covering manufacturing defects and technical failures. This warranty is optional and supplements your statutory consumer rights. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, drops, water damage, or unauthorized modification. See product page for full warranty details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and code is the property of RevDeck and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RevDeck is a collectible display product, not a tool or safety device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevDeck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. AGE REQUIREMENT
By purchasing from RevDeck, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. RevDeck has no control over these charges.

11. PRIVACY
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate shipping updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our servers.

12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
