Refund & return policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Every Rev Deck clock is custom made to order for each individual customer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.
We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.
- Not liking the look, size, color, weight, or sound once it arrives.
- Expecting features the product does not have. Please note clearly:
   – The product does NOT emit real flames or fire. The exhaust glow is an LED LIGHT EFFECT ONLY and is shown as a light in all product images and videos.
   – The product does NOT ride, roll, or drive. It is a stationary desk alarm clock that vibrates/rumbles in place during the alarm, by design.
- The normal pre-order production wait time you agreed to at checkout.
We DO offer a replacement or refund for:
- Items that arrive defective or damaged (broken parts, non-working alarm or LED, damage in transit).
- Receiving the wrong item.
To make a valid claim, email revdeck.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected unit at our discretion.
Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After 24 hours, production has started and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, except for defective or damaged items as described above.
Because each item is made to order, returned goods cannot be resold, which is why this policy is strict. Please read the full product description and watch the product videos before ordering — all features are shown honestly.
